It’s been years since my family moved away, but the way they made the world brighter is something I’ll always carry in my heart. The joy we shared together—those moments—are treasures that no one can take.
One of my favorite memories was taking my grandkids to the park. The way their faces lit up as they ran through the swings, the laughter echoing around us—it’s a sound and sight I’ll never forget. Every time I look at that photo, it brings back those pure, joy-filled moments.
After each trip to the park, we’d stop by the Iron Horse Restaurant. It wasn’t just a place; it was where our day’s memories were made. The restaurant felt like it held those stories, and now that they’re gone, it feels emptier, but I hold onto those moments as if they’re still here.
Love isn’t always easy, but it stays with you even when they’re apart. Those memories are like a glue, keeping me connected to them. Even though they’re moved away, their love remains in these stories.
And I know, no matter how far apart we’ll be, those moments will always remind me of their love.
